How does it starts?
We offer a complimentary initial in-person or phone consultation to detail your event. Examples of questions that we’d discuss can include (but are certainly not limited to):
How many guests do you have?
What is the overall feeling or emotion that you’d like your guests to experience?
What are some design elements that inspire you?
It’s always a good idea to have a Pinterest board or some inspirational photos with you when we meet.
We will make a limited number of revisions before going to contract. Once a contract is in place, we typically meet 1-3 more times. Communication will increase about 1-2 months out from the event date as we schedule walk-throughs if applicable and finalize details. However, each client is unique, so emails, texts and phone calls are welcome to address any questions or modifications throughout the process.
Am I able to postpone my wedding? What is the process?
Even before COVID-19, clients have had to postpone their events for a variety of reasons. But now, more than ever, we know many of our clients had to postpone their up coming weddings. We are here for you. We understand how difficult these decisions may be and are happy to work with you and your team of vendors to find a new date that works within the confines of our contract.
So, the simple answer is, yes. We are flexible and encourage you to postpone in order to celebrate the love and joy with your family and friends. We understand each situation is unique and are here to discuss your options.
What if we have to postpone our event a second time due to COVID19?
That’s okay. We are flexible and encourage you to postpone again in order to have the celebration that you have envisioned with your family and friends. We understand each situation is unique and are here to discuss your options.
