F.A.Q.
How much of a deposit is required? To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% or 50% is required, depending on how close your wedding date is at the time of booking. Payments may be made via Zelle at no additional cost or by credit card, which is subject to a 3.7% processing fee.
Can I change my event date? We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate a date adjustment whenever possible. As long as we receive advance notice and the new date is available on our calendar, your event may be rescheduled without any additional fees.
Are there any items not included in your services? While our services include comprehensive planning, design, and curated décor, certain items are not provided. These include linens such as tablecloths and napkins, pipe and drape installations, and large furniture pieces like bars, sofas, and tables. We also do not provide specialty vendor services such as lighting design, flooring or floor wraps, catering, or service staff. That said, we are happy to recommend trusted, high-quality vendors for any additional rentals or services needed to ensure your celebration is cohesive and beautifully executed.
