Your journey begins with a consultation call scheduled at a time most convenient for you.
During this conversation, we take the time to understand your vision, priorities, and overall aesthetic, ensuring alignment before moving forward.
reserve
Following your consultation and verbal confirmation to proceed, you will receive a customized contract outlining the collections and services curated specifically for your event.
Once reviewed, signed and retainer is met your date is officially reserved with Vogue Affairs.
curate
With contracts in place, we begin the creative process—developing the design direction, styling details, and overall aesthetic for your celebration. A visual concept is thoughtfully curated to reflect your vision and guide the planning and design process.
Upon approval of the design and associated investment, we move seamlessly into detailed planning and production preparation.
finalize
As your event approaches, we conduct a final planning meeting to review all details and ensure everything is aligned.
This meeting typically takes place three to four weeks prior to your event and allows for a smooth transition from planning to execution.
execute
On the wedding day, our team oversees the full execution of your celebration—allowing you to remain fully present and enjoy every moment.
For added peace of mind, clients maintain access to their personalized timeline through the client portal, should they wish to review details at any time.
