Service Ranges from $3,800 to $5,500.

Given that guest count plays a big role in costs, we recommend reaching out for a personalized quote. We can always adjust details like the number of candles or décor to fit your budget while keeping your celebration elegant. Please note that the minimum for this service is $3,800. If your wedding is 60 guests or fewer, please let us know.

F.A.Q

How can I communicate with the wedding planning team? We’re here for you anytime via email and text to address any questions or concerns. How much deposit is required? To secure your booking, a deposit of either 25% or 50% is required, depending on how close your wedding date is. You can pay via Zelle at no extra charge or by card with a 3.7% processing fee.

When should I make my next payment? To keep everything on track, please have your remaining balance paid in full at least 3 weeks before your wedding date. You're also welcome to make additional payments anytime between your deposit and the final payment deadline, if that works better for you.

How long will the wedding planning team or coordinator will be at my wedding? Our team is typically on-site for 8 hours on your wedding day. However, for Luxe Experience couples, we’ll coordinate a customized schedule based on the setup needs. If you’re a Month Extravaganza client and need extra time, we offer additional hours at an hourly rate.

Can I change my wedding date? We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we're happy to accommodate date changes for your wedding. As long as we’re notified in advance and the new date is available on our calendar, there will be no additional fees.

Is your decor enough to cover my wedding? The Luxe Experience décor is perfect for weddings with up to 200 guests, ensuring a beautifully decorated event. It includes a wide selection of centerpieces, candle holders, charger plates, flatware, tabletop chandeliers, preset white luxury florals, and more.

Are there any particular items not covered under The Luxe Experience? Our packages do not include linens, such as napkins and tablecloths, as well as pipe and drapery backdrops, heavy furniture like bars, sofas, and tables. We also don’t cover services provided by specific vendors, such as lighting, floor wraps, catering, or serving personnel. However, we’re happy to recommend excellent vendors for these services.

Can I rent your decor? If you’re a Month Extravaganza couple and working with us as your coordinator, you can access our collection at very accessible prices. Just let us know what specific items you're interested in, and we’ll provide you with details and availability.

Support, experience and expectations: We schedule only 2-3 weddings per month to ensure each event receives the attention it deserves, with at least a week between each. Our team has over 15 years of experience in hotel events and customer service, and we've been delivering exceptional wedding services independently for the past 6 years. We’re proud to be in The Knot's Hall of Fame and have received the Best of Weddings award for five consecutive years. Our Luxe Experience and Month Extravaganza packages provide a sophisticated and refined wedding experience, with a dedicated professional offering VIP treatment. After signing your contract and sending your deposit, you'll receive access to our online planning tool. We will schedule a formal Initial Meeting with Isabella, who will provide a Digital Mock Up if you choose The Luxe Experience. For Month Extravaganza, Isabella will follow up to assist with your progress.
